ORDER PROCESSING:

1. Orders are usually processed in 1 to 3 business days. At this time I only use PayPal for payments. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase products, only a Credit Card, Debit Card, or checking account (to pay with an electronic check), everything is processed through PayPal.

RETURN POLICY: Please call or email before returning item.

1. You have thirty (30) days from the date of receipt to return an item for full refund.
2. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. Item must be in “near new” condition and original packaging (if possible) for a 100% refund, a few dog hairs, a wrinkle or a bottle not quite full will not matter.
4. If you receive the wrong order, please notify me within five (5) days, email or call for return shipping instructions.
5. Returns for wrong size or color are no problem, just email or call and I will give you instructions for exchange.
6. Items damaged in shipping or are defective can be returned for replacement or exchange, please call or email for instructions.
